SCHEDULE: 

•  Saturday, January 27th, 2024, starting at 5 PM and going until 11:30 PM 
• Valet Parking is Included 
• NOTE: I have a block of 10 rooms taken care of for a few out-of-town guests. 
• The site is at the Clayton Club and Hotel. see Website for a view of the Venue and Hotel-The Clayton Hotel and Club
• 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM Registration and Check-in with Cocktails and Live Music (the Music Band is Called Any Other Fool- Kate Sansing former country music star-Any Other Fool’s Kate Sansing / 
• 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM -Dinner, Presentation, Paddle Raise, and Live Auction        14 tables for the plated seated dinner, presentation, Live Auction, and Paddle Raise.
•  7:30- 11:30 PM   Poker Tournament -20 tables for the Poker tablets of 7, with one dealer at each table. 
• NOTE: Silent Auction – Ongoing from 5:00 PM Until 9:00 PM. Winners will be announced at 9:30 PM in one of the rooms we have rented out, the entire 2nd floor of the Hotel and Club will have an area for the silent auction.  
• 7:30 PM- 11:30 PM -The poker room is set, and more like a Vegas club-like feel with an open bar and a dessert bar from 7:30- 11:30 PM. 
• The winner of the Poker Tournament will receive an extraordinary prize. 
• There will be great food, drinks, great auction items on items that you can’t get, music, poker, and lots of fun with an elevated cocktail event feel.
